We are proud to offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders to UK mainland delivery addresses. Some exclusions apply, please see below.
Delivery times vary by manufacture, please see the 'Lead Times' tab on the product page for estimated lead times. Need it sooner? Drop us a line to email@example.com we will do our best to make it happen. However, we do recommend you do not arrange a start date with your plumber until all your goods have arrived.
Standard delivery times are 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. We are happy to quote for enhanced delivery based on the goods required, please email firstname.lastname@example.org

Please ensure someone is at home on the agreed day of delivery. If we cannot deliver the items a redelivery fee may apply. Please note, we offer a kerbside delivery service and therefore your assistance will be required to take the items into your property.
You can collect your order from our Bromborough Showroom. At checkout select 'In Store Pickup' We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
It’s important to us that you are happy with your Draw a Bath purchase. If you are not totally satisfied you can return it within 365 days and we will give you a full refund by the same method as your original payment.
All items (apart from custom orders) can be returned up to 365 days from delivery. Returns must be authorised, so please call us on 0151 459 6777 or email email@example.com and we will happily guide you through the process.
Please note, we will only accept products if they are undamaged, unused and in their original packaging. The cost of return is your responsibility and we suggest that any return is covered with suitable insurance and proof of sending.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used, installed, or made-to-order. In order for your return to be accepted, please ensure items are packaged as they were sent out, and that they are in a resalable condition.
As soon as your order arrives, please check carefully for missing items and also damage. If you notice either, please call us on 0151 459 6777 or email firstname.lastname@example.org You are within your rights to refuse delivery of the order if it isn’t right.
